The Central Elementary School PTA is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization funded entirely by the community it serves. The Central PTA plays an essential role in working to ensure that all of our students have access to an excellent education.
The PTA funds critical programs such as art & vocal music programs, computer lab, staff development & teacher subs, technology & computers in the classroom, field trips, parent education and more. All funds raised by the Central PTA go directly into Central Elementary programs and our children's classrooms, and allow Central to provide enriched educational opportunities to our students.
Each year, the Central families also contribute over 18,000 volunteer hours to support and enrich programs in the classrooms, library, computer lab, etc. Talk with your child's teacher and/or contact the PTA to volunteer -- there are opportunities for virtually every schedule and skill set!
PTA Membership is open year-round. We hope you will join us in making a difference, and maintaining the high quality of education that Central has historically provided to all of our children.
